I am a licensed agent and customer service representative with a dedication to delivering exceptional support in the health insurance industry. Accompanied with my current knowledge, I continually update myself on the latest trends and regulations to ensure top-notch service for my clients. Following a challenging period of the year 2020, I found solace in the support of my family and friends. Seeking a fresh start, I embraced an opportunity to work part-time and seasonal, eventually transitioning into becoming an insurance agent. Driven by a passion for assisting others, I was offered an opportunity to open my own Agency, in February 2023, aiming to provide valuable assistance in health insurance matters at absolutely no cost.

Having retired from the Philadelphia Police Department after two decades of service, seventeen of those years were served in the Community Relations Unit. While operting in the unit, I won numerous awards, three Floyd Chapman Community Service Awards, Integrated TownWatch Community Service Award, The George Fencl Award (Top Cop), Zeta Phi Beta Woman of the Year 2006 and many more. I am thankful to God for the Passion I was born with. I kept my promise to my father and retired in 2017 to embark on a new chapter in New York City, cherishing moments with my Dad.. Despite facing personal challenges , including completing Grad school (2019), battling breast cancer (2020), and grieving the loss of my father who passed in 2020, I persevered with the unwavering support of loved ones. My journey led me to a fulfilling career in insurance, where I found purpose in helping others navigate their healthcare needs. Through my own business, I remain committed to utilizing my diverse expertise to benefit as many individuals as possible, driven by a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
